As early as the construction of the “box” of the building, ventilation holes for future fresh air heat recovery units were planned in the walls, which gave great savings on installation because to drill a hole with a diamond drill in an already built brick wall would have cost dozens of times more.
Step-by-step installation of the fresh air heat recovery units is as follows: first the ventilation ducts, outer covers and plugs are installed.
Then the heat exchangers with electronics and fans, interior covers, front intake diffusers and controls are installed.
The last step is a connection of the Ventoxx Comfort recuperator to the Twist control, which “hides” in the wall under the plaster to fit aesthetically into any interior.
New tenants of such a building will immediately feel the advantages of decentralized ventilation because the device can be turned on whenever and in any room. The cost-effective 5W decentralized heat recovery unit does not show up on the electricity bill.
